HAMBURG, Germany — October 13, 2011 — Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH today released its latest VST Sound Instrument Set, ElekDrums, to expand the Groove Agent ONE drum library in Cubase and Sequel.

“This VST Sound Instrument Set is directed at producers of House, electro and dance music,” commented Matthias Quellmann, product marketing manager at Steinberg. “With ElekDrums, Cubase and Sequel users get add-on sounds that perfectly complement the drum kits already available in Groove Agent ONE,” Quellmann added.

The ElekDrums VST Sound Instrument Set comprises more than 400 one-shot drum samples, which are conveniently laid out in 28 construction kits. Also included are 28 banks of various rhythmical patterns ideal for dance music productions.

VST Sound Instrument Set ElekDrums is exclusively available as download through the Steinberg Online Shop.

ElekDrums costs EUR 29.99, including German VAT, and GBP 25.40, including British VAT.
