Wednesday 25 July 2007 : New era for Vienna Symphonic Library : last chance for older products with huge discount !

   If you happen to be interested in some older products Vienna Symphonic Library have produced, then, take the chance now ! The company has announced great discounts for products like the "Pro Edition" (The "First Edition" has been discontinued long time ago) of the "Complete Orchestral Package" and all of its subcomponents : Orchestral Cube, Strings, Brass, Woodwinds, Percussion and the Performance Set. That group of products are available for GigaStudio and EXS. The same close-out sale goes for the "Horizon" Series : this series consists of smaller libraries of certain interests. They are available for GigaStudio, EXS, Kontakt and Halion. More information on Close-Out Sale here ! Notice that the very last day for those who are interested is the 15th of September 2007.

   Well, don't be afraid. Vienna Symphonic Libary don't go out of business. _hey just want to focus on supporting their new line of products which have already been introduced under the name "Vienna Instruments" : There are "Vienna Instruments I" and "Vienna Instruments II" (**). The principle is not far different from that of "Orchestral Package" and "Horizon" : the first package is a complete orchestral library of samples with even more advanced Performance Detection Technology, that is, you can play live while - on the run - use all possible articulations without being forced to use key switches because sample changes all happen automatically ! The second package, "Vienna Instruments II" is a (even enhanced) set of smaller libraries for certain interests.
