Here is the details of the 13th International Competition Jean Francaix ( piano) : 
The announcement is repeated below in simple text format : The Musici Arts Paris Association is pleased to announce the 13th International Competition Jean Francaix ( piano ) . The Competition will be held from the 16nd to the 18th of April 2010 in Vanves (Paris, France).

(Make sure that you mention the address where you want the application sent).
A special concert ( 13th anniversary ) will be given the Saturday 17 April in the Vanves's competition place .
A masterclass by Claude FRANCAIX ( piano teacher ) will be hold the 14 and 15 april on the Jean FRANCAIX' s pieces.

REGLEMENT DU CONCOURS
1- Le 13eme concours international Jean FRANCAIX est ouvert a tous les
pianistes de toute nationalite. La limite d’age est de 38 ans.
2- Toute inscription implique l’acceptation du reglement. Le candidat
doit se presenter au jour et a l’heure de la convocation qui lui parviendra
5 jours avant la date du concours par lettre ou e-mail. En cas de
non reception : en aviser le secretariat du concours. Seuls les candidats
presents aux jours et heures de la convocation seront entendus.
L’inscription sera acceptee lorsque le droit d’inscription aura ete paye.
3- Les candidats sont pries de prevenir le secretariat en cas d’absence.
4- Le droit d’inscription ne sera ni rembourse ni reporte en aucun cas.
5- Dans le cas ou les inscriptions seraient trop importantes, l’epreuve
pourrait se derouler a une date differente de celle prevue.
6- Le jury se reserve le droit d’arreter le candidat en cours d’execution et de ne pas
distribuer tous les prix. En cas de litige, la voix du president est preponderante.
Les decisions du jury sont sans appel. Aucune reclamation ne sera admise.
7- En cas d’enregistrement ou diffusion, une autorisation prealable
sera demandee a tous les artistes (participants du concours et
accompagnateurs). Dans le cas d’enregistrement ou diffusion, un salaire
complementaire sera verse a ces artistes, (participants et accompagnateurs).
Une feuille de presence SPEDIDAM sera dument remplie.
8- Les frais de voyage et d’hebergement sont a la charge des candidats.
9- Les photocopies des partitions sont interdites (loi du 11/03/1957 code
penal art. 425).
10- Les resultats du concours de piano seront annonces publiquement
a la fin du concours de piano.
11- En cas de probleme d’achat des partitions, les candidats doivent
appeler les maisons d’edition. Les oeuvres de Kutnowski sont sur le site
www.contrapunctus.com
12- L’execution de memoire est obligatoire.
13-L’enregistrement du CD sera publie par le label Anima- Records
(www.entremuses.com/anima)

1- The thirteenth international competition Jean Francaix is open to pianists
of any nationality. The age limit is 38.
2- The contestant must agree to abide by the rules of the competition.
The contestant receives a notification 5 days before the preliminary
round by letter or email. The contestant has to be present at the day
and hour set by the notification. In case of non-reception of the notification,
the contestant is requested to warn the the competition office.
Only the contestant present at the day and hour set by the notification
are allowed to perform. The application will be accepted when
the fee has been paid.
3- In case of absence, the contestant is requested to warn the competition
office.
4- The registration fee is non-refundable and can not be postposer.
5- If the number of registrations is too high, the day of the competition
round can be altered from the one set.
6- The jury reserves the right to stop the contestant during his/hers
performance and also not to award all the prizes. In case of litigation,
the casting vote is the one of the president. The decisions of the jury
are final and can not be appealed.
7- In case of recording or broadcasting, a preliminary autorisation will
be requested from all the artistes (partakers and accompagnists). In
case of recording or broadcasting, a complemantary fee will be paid at
these artistes (partakers and accompagnists). A Spedidam attendance
sheet will be completed in due form.
8- Travel and housing are at the contestant own expense.
9- Score photocopying is forbidden (loi du 11/03/1957 code penal art. 425)
10- The piano competition results will be proclaimed after the piano
competition.
11- Competitors can call publishing houses if they have any score problems.

12- Music must be played without score.
13- The recording will be made with first prize of piano competition,
for the label Anima-records.

All the application forms must arrive at the competition office not later than March 30th 2010. It must be made out on free paper
and featuring last name, first name, adress, telephone, email, date of birth, nationality, chosen works.
Join a Curriculum Vitae and 2 adressed enveloppes with the name and adress of the contestant. Join a money order of the registration
fee amount payable to MUSICI ARTIS PARIS (SG agency of Vanves Plateau). No checks will be accepted.
