The Voice is This Saturday!
QSO is thrilled to introduce you to the remarkable soloists that will be featured in our final Masterworks Concert of the season.
Francisco Donaruma, Principal Horn in the QSO in addition to performing Britten's Serenade for Tenor, Horn and Strings in this event, describes the piece in this way:
"The Britten is one of the most beautiful and unique works for horn. Its haunting solo for natural Horn, out-of-tune and precarious, evokes the imperfect beauty of life reflected in the poetry. This aspect coupled with the interdependent tenor soloist make Britten's music unsurpassable."
It's not too late to reserve your seats and join us on May 14th, for this one-of-a-kind concert!
